Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc.

With our 60 years of association with Chevron, Valley Pacific ("VPPS") employs about 200 individuals ranging from supply/distribution personnel to sales representatives to accounting/administrative specialists and convenience store staff. Its headquarters is at 188-A Frank West Circle, Stockton, CA 95206-4010, with other offices in Bakersfield, Fresno, King City, Lodi, Porterville, Salinas, Santa Maria, and Visalia.

In January 2002, Woolsey Oil, Inc. changed its corporate name to "Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc." in order to more accurately communicate its vision for future growth in California's San Joaquin Valley and along its central coast.

Since then, Valley Pacific has continued to grow through servicing new customers and by acquiring other marketers.

VPPS has thousands of gallons of bulk lubricant storage: nearly all Chevron-branded. We operate 6 service stations with convenience stores and supply over 100 Chevron, Texaco, "76", Valero and Spirit - branded dealers. We're also a member of the CFN cardlock network, operating 15 cardlock fueling sites.
